Just eat under 400 cal every 4hrs or more with a 10 hr fast at night. Sugarfree drinks only and count the juices in the 400 cal. The weight comes off slowly, and then maintains well after.

Hi, i dont know much about diets but i feel a diet has to balance between proteins, fats and carbs.. Stopping people from eating carb can be unhealthy.
